Please enter the following information about the player:

All players are required to a have a Softball BC number. To get one, go to; to register for one.
Division that you are registering for.

Please enter phone numbers and email that a VMFA volunteer or coach can use to contact the player/ and or their family.

Please enter names and additional phone numbers of people that can be used as an emergency contact for this player.

Payment is due by April 5th, 2018


Waiver: I hereby release and agree any and all rights and claims that have or may arise against Vernon Minor Fastball Associates, sponsors, agents or representatives, for any and all injuries of losses suffered by me or my children while competing in or in conjunction with the program of the said association. I will also assume responsibility if the coach secures medical assistance where speed is urgent or when parent/guardian cannot be contacted.

Registration cost are
Learn to Play $100.00
U12 - U19 $175.00 (Until March 5, 2018)
U12 - U19 $225.00 (March 6, 2018 onward)

To keep costs down in 2018, at least one parent/guardian from each player family is expected to volunteer with VMFA through their player’s team. If you cannot volunteer then a $50 buy-out can be paid.

Once a player registration is sent to VMFA, payment must be received by VMFA.

If payment is not received by May 1, 2018, your child will not be included on a VMFA Softball BC team roster.
